Virtues of Baoerhan Stupa　　

         Longduo Denzen Lama praised the virtues of Baoerhan Stupa as follows: 　　

　　  "This stupa is undoubtedly No. 1 in the world, and will become well-known as the top 1 in the future." 　　

　　  "The stupa is the real Mani (what is Mani???).  You should cherish it in particular. The virtue of paying homage to this stupa is exactly the same as paying homage to Wutai Mountain, Putuo Mountain or other holy places." 　　

　　 "The construction of this stupa is especially accurate and sacred. There exist two or three stupas with the similar construction in our country so far, but not one of them can be compared with Baoerhan Stupa regarding to its accuracy. It is undoubtedly the No.1 stupa in the world, with particularly great blessing! The blessing power of Baoerhan Stupa is as much as that of the treasures of all the temples in Wutai Mountain! " 　　

　　"Thanks to Baoerhan Stupa, liberation may be gained by observing, worshiping, touching, or circling clockwise wholeheartedly! All who see this stupa will achieve Buddhahood, as late as, if not before, the time when Bodhisattva Maitreya will achieve Buddhahood!" 　　

　　  "The merit of circling the stupa is the same as that of building the stupa." 　　

　　  "You should bow to the stupa and go around the stupa with your heart and soul, worshiping and circling this stupa untiringly regardless your sore feet. Don’t be discouraged by the pain, cold, or sun. The more pain, cold or sunshine you bear, the more karmic hindrance you eliminate. " 　　

　　 "When you circle this stupa, you should make a vow, chant sutra or mantra, and transfer merits afterwards. Make a vow like a Bodhisattva who makes efforts to help all the sentient beings attain Buddhahood." 　　

　　 "In the future, the weather of Hohhot will be better, and catastrophes such as fire, flood or earthquake will cease. This stupa will become more popular as time goes by. The city of Hohhot will be world-renowned because of Baoerhan Stupa."
